Dr. Susan Rife and Associates Family Medicine offers multi-level patient care for patients of all ages in and around Orland Park, Illinois. Since 1999, this family-owned and women-led practice has provided comprehensive family medicine services ranging from and medical weight loss, physicals, and immunizations to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases and injuries.

Dr. Susan Rife and Associates Family Medicine is PCMH (Patient-Centered Medical Home) certified. The providers offer highly personalized care, including lifestyle medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and well-child care.

Patients have access to customized management plans for diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as prevalent pediatric concerns such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The team also offers osteopathic manipulation and sports medicine services.

In addition to their extensive family medicine practice, Dr. Susan Rife and Associates Family Medicine provides personalized weight-management programs and nutritional counseling through the Weight No More program. The program features a science-based approach from a licensed medical provider and a registered dietitian who helps with diet and exercise. The plans focus on real foods and may incorporate medications and surgery if necessary.

Dr. Susan Rife and Associates Family Medicine welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. They offer in-office and telemedicine appointments to ensure that all patients have access to the patient-focused health care they need and deserve.
