What is a D.O.?

Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) are fully trained and licensed physicians. Osteopathic doctors practice a "whole person" approach to medicine. Instead of just treating you for specific symptoms or illnesses, they regard your body and mind as an integrated whole. In addition, D.O.'s receive training in the musculoskeletal system, to give them a better understanding of how an illness or injury in one part of your body can affect other parts.

What is a P.A.?

A Physician Assistant (PA) is a certified and licensed professional. PAs have earned a master's degree in medical science and completed more than 2,000 hours of clinical rotations in family medicine, and several other specialties. PAs practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. They conduct physical exams, and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, and write prescriptions. Our PAs see their own patients independently and can consult with our physicians at any time. A PA can often take that extra time with patients, focusing on overall health and wellness.

How many providers do you have in your office?

We have three D.O’s and four PA’s that are all trained in conducting physical exams, treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, and writing prescriptions.
